Cost reduction and service enhancement for a national telecommunications (wireline, wireless, voice/data network) services provider: We have developed an organizational restructuring plan, outsourced network operations, conducted IT systems enhancements, led the new product development processes and introduced new revenue generating service offerings. 
CyberSecurity project management, documentation, policy and process implementation: We have provided Subject Matter Expertise for a scalable and Secure Email system for a US federal government agency utilizing the Entrust Enterprise Messaging System (EMS). 
CyberSecurity program management, strategy, workflow, process and policy implementation: Our staff has developed documentation for the procurement and subsequent deployment of Symantec’s Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Custom Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solution for a US federal government agency within timelines and budget.
